2010!

Happy 2010! As excited as I am about this upcoming year, I have to look back at 2009 and smile. What a year. In 2009, I changed careers, got engaged, went to Paris and laughed so hard I cried on multiple occasions. The only thing missing in 2009 was a race. I did not compete in a single race ALL YEAR! Something I haven't done since I was probably 10 years old. In 2010, however, I will compete in a race and then some. I will certainly make-up for 2009 with the mother of all races... an ironman.

13 days into 2010 and I've run 4 times, been on 2 bike rides, hit the weights 4 times and have taken 5 dips in the pool. Nothing crazy, but I'm on my way.

I am psyched to explore the limits of my potential and find the champion I know I have in me!
