Salad!

Aaron and I made a HUGE salad last night for dinner that was absolutely delicious!

 

Here's the recipe...
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
juice of 1 lemon
spoonful of stoneground mustard + spoonful of honey
few tablespoons of olive oil
salt + pepper to taste
**combine ingredients and shake vigorously** Salad:
Spinach + field greens
Thinly sliced red + green cabbage
Tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots
Dried cranberries, toasted almonds + goat cheese
**combine ingredients and toss with dressing**
Top with:
Diced mango
Sliced avocado
